Jerry James Carson

Jerry James Carson, 72, of Ballinger, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026.

He was born on February 27, 1954, to Willie James and Thelma (Organ) Carson, Jr. in Ballinger, Texas.  Jerry worked for the City of Ballinger, and was always on the go.  A loving and caring man, he found joys in simple things like fishing and playing dominoes.  

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Willie James and Thelma Carson, Marcella Alexander Henderson, and Sandra Carson-Bowens. 

He is survived by his siblings Charlotte Sheppard, Larry Carson and Martha Martinez.  He is also survived by Michael Carson, Troy Carson, Richard Carson, Willie Carson, Timothy Carson, Reta Carson, Carolyn Carson and Wanda Francis. 

A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
