David Roman, 50, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2024, in San Angelo, Texas. He was born on May 3, 1974, in Ballinger, Texas. David was a cherished son, father, and friend. He always knew how to make someone laugh. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, and Alabama Crimson Tide. 

David was a dedicated cook at Rangel's, his passion for food and commitment to his craft brought joy and satisfaction to all who had the privilege of enjoying his dishes. He enjoyed his time dancing away to any cumbia playing, playing washers, smoking brisket and spending time with his son. 

He is preceded in death by his father Rosendo Roman Sr. His great grandparents, and his aunts and uncles. 

He leaves behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will long be remembered by his son Manny Roman. His mother, Teresa Roman. His brothers, Rosendo Jr., Michael, Guadalupe. His sisters Isabel Roman, Virginia Garcia, Rosa Roman, and Angie Alfaro. His beautiful and handsome nieces and nephews, as well as his great nieces and nephews. 

A come and go viewing will take place on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 10:00 am-4:00 pm at Lange Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Lakeview Cemetery in Winters, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any monetary donations that you wish to make towards David's medical or funeral services, be made to Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger, Texas.
