Carl Dwain Plumley, 69 of Ballinger passed away Friday, November 29, 2019.
He was born December 20, 1950, to Albert and Bernice (Davee) Plumley, in San Angelo Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother; Virgil Plumley.
Carl is survived by his wife, Kelli Plumley of Ballinger; children, Jimmy and wife Amanda Plumley of Ballinger, Keby Plumley of San Angelo, and Howard Plumley of Ballinger. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Carl is also survived by his brother Kenneth and wife Kay of Ballinger, Charles Plumley of Ballinger, and James Ray Plumley of Brady; sisters Martha Horton, Ann Booth, Clara and husband Harold Horton, Carolyn and husband Gene Roberts all of Ballinger; and sister-in-law Lenora Plumley.
Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, December 2, 2019, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Lange Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 10:00 am at New Life Refuge Church with Kenneth and Chester Plumley officiating. Burial will follow at Wilmeth Cemetery.
