Benancio V. Galacia

Benancio V. Galacia, 69, of Ballinger passed away Friday, April 9, 2010 at a local hospital.

Rosary will be recited Tuesday, April 13th at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Star of the Sea Church in Ballinger. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary with Rev. Hugh Wade officiating. Burial will follow in Latin-American Cemetery.

Benancio is survived by his wife Jovita of Ballinger; son, Edward Galicia of Ft. Smith, AK; daughters, Mary Prendez and Terry Ortiz of Ballinger; two brothers, Martin Galicia of Aurora, IL Marcelino Galicia of Holland, MI; and four sisters, Hortencia Lopez of Olustee, OK, Modesta Bustamante of Natalia, TX Juanita Sanchez of Ft. Worth and Vicenta Cox of Duncan, OK.
