Joan Kathryn West Whigham, 82, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014 at her residence in Roanoke, TX. She is survived by her husband Don, a son Cris, and two daughters Sharon and Judy. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 on Saturday December 27 at the Talpa Cemetery.
