Paul Winchester, 81, of Ballinger passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm Sunday, September 22 at First Christian Church in Ballinger. Paul is survived by his son, Charles Winchester of Ballinger.
