Henrietta Wilhelmina Borkholm

Henrietta Wilhelmina Borkholm, 78, of San Angelo passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at Elsie Gayer Health Care Center at Baptist Retirement Community.

She was born December 31, 1933 in San Antonio to Herman and Clara (Kuehn) Will. She attended Texas Lutheran College where she received a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She was married to Col. Christian A. Borkholm, Jr. and was a homemaker. Col. Borkholm preceded her in death January 31, 1975. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Col. Clement H. Will.

Henrietta is survived by a son, Clay Borkholm and his wife, Ella, of Dade City, Florida; a daughter, Cindy Litz and her husband, Rob, of Abilene; sister, Claribel Bierschwale of Fredericksburg; and Jack Houston of San Angelo and his daughter, Glenna Haney.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 29 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. A graveside service will be held Monday, January 30 at 2:00 at Old Runnels Cemetery near Ballinger.
