Patsy J. Wood, 69, of Ballinger passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born August 15, 1941 in Runnels County to R. Patrick and Clara May (Chrisco) Leggett. She was employed for a time as a baker for Mrs. Baird’s Bread.
She is survived by a daughter, Theresa Larson of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and sons, Walter John Funk and Patrick Wood both of Ballinger. Other survivors include granddaughter, Christina Skinner, and stepchildren, James Wood and Larry Wood, Jr.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at 10:00 am on Monday, February 28 at Carnegie Library, 204 N. 8th Street in Ballinger.
